It's one of my favorite and most sacred personal traditions...early morning prayer by the lit Christmas tree.
"I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my hope in your word."

I'll admit, it's one of the reasons I have a hard time letting the tree go each year. I just love the quiet of mornings before dawn, and especially so by the Christmas tree. I look forward to it every year...me and the Lord, His Word and an open heart.
Thank you, Jesus, for meeting me here so faithfully.
