BY GOD'S GRACE, MAY OUR FAMILY TREE BEAR GOOD FRUIT AS WE GROW TO KNOW & LOVE HIM MORE EACH DAY.

BIG BROTHER

These are the moments...

the ones that make my heart sing...the ones I never want to forget.

As I walked by last night, I found Brodie teaching India how to drive a remote control car and I melted.

Indeed, it is easy to be discouraged when raising a brood of children. We're tempted to doubt, at times, that we're doing anything right.

It's a normal feeling and one that all parents experience, but we must remember Galatians 6:9 and also that our children belong to the Lord.

We do our best as unto Him and remain accountable to the One who matters most, the One who sees our every thought and action, the One who's really in charge.

We cling to Him and plead for integrity. We pray like our lives (and theirs) depend on it. {They do.} And, at the end of the day, we trust Him for the outcome.

Our children are His and He loves them way more than we ever could! He will be faithful to every generation as His Word promises.

Thanks, God, for the wink last night. What a precious sight to see little India, happy, loved, feeling as special as she is in the lap of her doting big brother.

"For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations."
Psalm 100:5
